Policies

 RETURN/EXCHANGE INFORMATION:

• Email us at info@rustic-gypsy.com and reference the item you want to return. 
• Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return.
• Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 14 days for store credit only. 
• The buyer must pay shipping charges to return. 
• Any items marked sale will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING

• Shipping is based on weight of the items unless otherwise specified in the post / listing.
• Most items ship within 48 hours, however, on occasion we will have items that will not ship until 7 to 10 days from end of sale.
